Fundada em 2016, dispõe de um corpo técnico altamente especializado em electroquímica e protecção de materiais e especialista em corrosão, com experiência há mais de 20 anos, com diplomas de Msc. in Corrosion Science and Engineering pelo Corrosion and Protection Centre do University of Manchester Institute of Science and Tecnology, no Reino Unido e com doutoramentos na área da electroquímica pelo Instituto Superior Técnico, em Portugal, que permite garantir um trabalho de elevada qualidade.
